Thank you for clicking on the 'about us' button! While acorn & will is my dream and my passion it would not be a reality without the help of my lovely family and partner and so rather than having an 'about me' section I choose to have an 'about us' section!
My name is Daniella and welcome to the acorn & will online shop. What you see on these pages is a reflection of my passion for all things vintage. I am not sure where this passion stemmed from- my mum is the opposite of me and I have lost count of the times my dad has raised a quizzical eyebrow when he has set eyes on yet another one of my finds!
I wanted to create a range of products using vintage fabrics that are beautiful, practical and eye catching and I hope these pages reflect that desire. The acorn & will collection consists of jewellery, hair accessories, cushions and a collection of vintage essentials all of which are handmade using vintage fabrics and finds. To this core range I couldn't resist adding some of the gorgeous things I find on my travels.
acorn & will really is a family affair. My mum, Delphine, and twin sister, Hayley help out at fairs and try out all new products between them. My dad, John, is always ready with advice whether I ask for it or not! In busy periods I rope them in to do all manner of jobs and they help me with good humour and kindness. Paul is my partner and from being a novice to all things vintage his life and his house has been taken over by piles of fabric and other assorted treasure. Paul is my IT expert and he helps me to ensure the website has pages of goodies for you to browse.
I absolutely love creating and sourcing things for acorn & will and I hope you enjoy these creations.
